Vacuum Systems PDF Print E-mail

When the requirements of the installation call for a high compression factor and the required suction pressure is less than a value of some 150 mbar, it will be necessary to place several ejectors in series. Each ejector represents one stage of the installation and bears the number of that stage.

In most cases, to avoid the need to recompress the steam of the previous stage in an installation having several stages, it will be necessary to condense the steam at the outlet of the ejectors by one or several condensers.

2. Gas or vacuum steam inlet

3. Cold water inlet

4. Cold water outlet

5. Atmospheric pressure non condensable steam or gas

6. Condensate outlet

We also design vacuum system on skid, including start-up ejector and its silencer, several stages of ejectors & condensers, and also instrumentation, piping and valves to control the vacuum system.
